Panel discussion in Apium Academy: What is the area of a software team that needs more attention?

Currently, the turnover rate in Barcelona is quite high especially when we talk about the software development industry. The competition is very high, new booming startups like N26 open their offices in Barcelona, big internationals like Media Markt, Nestle, Lidl, etc open their tech hubs here as well and that makes it more difficult to retain talents and grow sustainably. Therefore, we decided to invite CTOs and Principal Engineers to share their experience on this topic and to identify key challenges that their software team faces the most. Also, the goal of this panel is to see what has worked and what hasn’t to identify common patterns.

This Panel discussion is about “what is the area of a software team that requires more attention: technical level, motivation, communication, etc. and how is it managed?”

Also, we believe that software developers’ opinion is highly important, therefore we invited mobile, frontend, backend, and other developers so they could also participate, asking questions, discussing things, providing a “team” perspective.
